AVOCADO TOMATO-MOZZARELLA
It is desired all winter, it is the star of the summer, emblematic of the aperitifs: Avocado tomato Mozzarella, with its juicy flesh to perfection.

- 2 Medium tomatoes
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 5 sprigs of fresh basil
- 2 tbsp tablespoon of olive oil
- the juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt pepper
Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones.
Sip the demi-avocados of their flesh and cut them into small cubes. Keep the skins of the lawyers.
Clean the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Drain the mozzarella ball and cut it into small cubes.
Mix the avocado, tomato and mozzarella dice in a bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice and mix.
Clean and sponge the fresh basil sprigs. Chop them finely with scissors and add them to the preparation. Salt and pepper to taste and stir well until a homogeneous mixture.
Fill the avocado skins with this preparation.
Serve immediately with toast as a Starter.
