AVOCADO TOMATO-MOZZARELLA

It is desired all winter, it is the star of the summer, emblematic of the aperitifs: Avocado tomato Mozzarella, with its juicy flesh to perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lawyers

  • 2 Medium tomatoes
  • 1 ball of mozzarella

  • 5 sprigs of fresh basil

  • 2 tbsp tablespoon of olive oil

  • the juice of 1/2 lemon

  • salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones.

  • Sip the demi-avocados of their flesh and cut them into small cubes. Keep the skins of the lawyers.

  • Clean the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  • Drain the mozzarella ball and cut it into small cubes.
  • Mix the avocado, tomato and mozzarella dice in a bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice and mix.

  • Clean and sponge the fresh basil sprigs. Chop them finely with scissors and add them to the preparation. Salt and pepper to taste and stir well until a homogeneous mixture.

  • Fill the avocado skins with this preparation.

  • Serve immediately with toast as a Starter.
