- 5 sprigs of fresh basil
- 2 tbsp tablespoon of olive oil
- the juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones.
- Sip the demi-avocados of their flesh and cut them into small cubes. Keep the skins of the lawyers.
